Guests Name: Anonymous was travelling as Mature couple
Good stuff: The receiptionist was very helpful
Bad stuff: Room was terrible, had to change. The 2nd room was very, very noisy, not only from the clubs but also from the heating system. It was like lying under the flightpath of an airport. Booked in for 3 nights but changed hotels after the 1st night. This is not a Hotel but a cheap Hostel for young party people with little money. Does not deserve to charge the amount it does. Also there was no warning that the 'pleasant' green square was being dug up for the new Metro system. Like being on a building site.
Overall: Very disgruntled and unhappy at the marketing. I stay in classier Youth Hostels for a 5th of the price.
