There is one thing that most Europeans do get frustrated at and that is the slow nature of the service. Having said that this is very much true to form as it is in Italy, You dont rush your meal. You take your time. You talk to your eating companions, you enjoy yourself. You may think you have been forgoton about but the service will be coming just ... relax. The wine list is very comprehensive with may red Italian wines available from classic Chianti to much the more exotic. Good quality fresh ingredients with that home cooked style.
